At Western By Zari, we value your satisfaction and strive to ensure that our products meet your expectations. However, if for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a flexible refund and exchange policy.

Refunds and Exchanges

We gladly accept returns or exchanges within 7 days of the purchase date. To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags still attached.

Process for Returns

  1. Initiating a Return: To start a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team at support@westernbyzari.com with your order details. 

  2. Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. Please ensure the item is securely packaged, as we cannot be responsible for items that are damaged during return transit.

  3. Final Inspection: Once we receive the returned item, it will undergo a quality inspection. If the item meets our return criteria, we will process your refund or exchange.

Refunds

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 2 business days after the return is received and approved.
  • Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, we will happily assist you, subject to availability.
